As a key member of our service shop department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities :

- Provide top-notch service to all service shop customers, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products in the service shop and the wide range of tasks we can perform, including but not limited to:Skate sharpening

Skate profiling General skate repair (e.g., rivets, eyelets, holder replacement/moving) Maintain an active presence on your feet throughout the day to ensure productive service delivery.

- Collaborate with the retail sales team when needed, contributing to the overall success of our store.
