Customer Service Assistant

Duties :

- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry to update customer information accurately
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services

Skills :

- Knowledge about windows and doors
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English




- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
- Upselling experience is beneficial
- Must comply with Company’s Health and Safety Procedures and the provisions and regulations in the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
