Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop your own way to manage and expand your client base.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Conduct thorough analysis of company client data base and identify customer needs to create sales opportunities
- Be familiar with company internal booking system and airline GDS to better serve your clients. (Professional training provided)
- Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales projects, ensuring solutions meet client requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data and customer feedback
- Cantonese is a plus to serve a broader client base
- Taking on other recent tasks as requested
Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
