Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate door solutions.
- quotations, sales order processing, and post-sale inspections.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes for door products and solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to their orders.
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow.

Qualifications :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers both in person and over the phone.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer knowledge.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drafts,



2D & 3D designs etc will be extra asset
- Excellent self-management, time management , and organizational skills .
- Strong work ethic , positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
