Duties include: Customer Service
Advising customers of repairs and servicing being performed
Coordinating with mechanics
Completing work orders
Parts Lookups
Answering Phones
Requirements : Solid computer skills
Strong phone capabilities
Strong communication skills
Ability to take notes
Ability to multitask
Understanding of outdoor power equipment
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
