Alpha Plumbing needs you! The primary role is to ensure smooth flow of Customer Care operations, as well as administrative duties. A Customer Care Representative will ensure the day to day flow of Alpha Plumbing from a scheduling and inbound lead management roll. Additional responsibilities include customer relationship management, booking keeping, financials and much more.
