Shift times and days will vary on a weekly basis with start times as early as 8:30AM and end times no later than 8:30PM, depending on the season. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work at a fun, family owned and operated ice cream store!

What will your day look like?

As a member of Birchwood Dairy’s retail team, your focus will be assisting customers in our store as well as various other tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Scooping ice cream
- Making sandwiches and soups
- Stocking shelves
- Processing transactions
- Sanitizing and cleaning protocols
- Other daily tasks as assigned
- You have great customer service skills
- You have good written and oral communication
- You are able to lift up to 25kg and meet the physical demands of the job
- You are honest, trustworthy, and reliable
- You are able to work with a team and follow instructions as needed
- You have reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous work in food handling is an asset, but not necessary
