Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Circle K — greeting customers, ringing up purchases, keeping the store clean and stocked, and making sure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately (cash, credit, mobile payments)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; check expiration dates
- Maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Prepare food items following health and safety guidelines
- Check ID for age-restricted purchases (tobacco, alcohol, lottery)
- Handle customer questions, concerns,



and complaints with professionalism
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

- Must be at least 19 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
- Prior customer service or retail experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Solid communication and basic math skills
