Position: Customer Experience Specialist - Overnight Shift

Type: Full Time - Permanent

Sunday - Thursday Overnight Shift 8:30pm-5:00am or

Monday - Friday Overnight Shift 8:30pm-5:00am

- Please note: Training will take place during day shifts before moving into overnight shift._

Position Responsibilities :

- Respond to incoming inquiries and engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear,



accurate information
- Accurately record, maintain, and update customer information in company systems
- Provide solutions and support aligned with company policies and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to stay informed about current products, services, and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals

Position Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience :

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills

- French communication skills considered an asset

- Strong computer proficiency (ability to attach documents, work with multiple screens and tabs)

- Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self‑motivated

- Able to communicate professionally with clients and maintain accuracy when entering information

- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Must be available for one of the following overnight shifts :

- Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. :

- Monday - Friday, 8:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
