Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers at the point of sale , including operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges
- Answer customer questions and help locate products throughout the store
- Maintain store cleanliness, including tidying shelves, aisles, and work areas
- Assist with inventory management , including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and replenishing product displays
- Ensure products are properly priced, labelled, and displayed
- Support loss prevention and follow store policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous retail experience required :

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment





- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately

- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/store merchandise as needed

- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Willingness to learn product knowledge related to hardware, tools, and home improvement items is an asset

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

- Westlock, AB T7P 2K6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education :

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience :

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
