This position combines order processing responsibilities with customer service and conflict resolution, making attention to detail and robust interpersonal skills essential. Key Responsibilities Order Desk Responsibilities - Accurately place and process customer orders - Review orders for correctness, specifications, and details - Maintain organized records and follow internal order procedures - Work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions - Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow Customer Service Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone - Resolve issues and concerns calmly and effectively - Provide clear, confident,
