The Programs Service Representative is a part-time (~25 hour/week) role responsible for initial pre-inspection and follow-up to ensure correct measurements and customer satisfaction with all on-site work. This role is a key player in helping our sales team estimate our production team to be prepared for Program related jobs. Key Responsibilities :





- Visit jobsites to complete measurements, troubleshooting (callbacks) and customer service as required.
- Assisting in ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels
- Report suggestions/proactive solutions to Production Supervisor
