As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of our brand. You will combine your passion for health and fitness with excellent customer service to create an outstanding in-store experience — every shift, every customer.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fitness, enjoys talking to people, and wants to grow their knowledge in sports nutrition while earning competitive pay and an incredible staff discount. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and engage customers warmly, building genuine rapport and trust
- Educate customers on supplements and sports nutrition to help them reach their goals
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on each customer's fitness objectives
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system, including cash and card payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor
- Receive, process, and restock incoming inventory
- Consistently work toward individual and store sales targets




- Continuously develop your product knowledge through on-the-job training and supplier sessions
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy store culture WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

- Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality — you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Able to lift and carry product boxes (up to 30 lbs)
- Must be able to pass a police background check

Preferred (not required):

- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of sports nutrition, supplements, or exercise science
- Background in fitness, athletics, or the wellness industry
