Job Description : We’re Sutherland and we’re looking for solution-focused customer service people to join the team supporting travel/tourism clients in our Windsor office.

Qualifications : To qualify, you must have:

- at least 2 years of sales/service experience,



preferably in the travel, tourism, hospitality or other service industry with knowledge/experience with GDS.
- PC proficiency and typing skills are essential;
- TICO certification and/or formal coursework/training in travel/tourism is strongly preferred.
