We are seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team to help us provide excellent customer service to our customers. The position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. No experience with parts? No problem, for the right person we will train you!

Duties

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Provide price quotes and using look up systems to find parts
- Receive, sort, and cycle count stock to ensure availability
- Supply Service Technician with parts as required
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
- Schedule appointments for repairs or service visits and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction




- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills

Requirements :

- Prior parts knowledge is highly desirable: training will be provided if needed
- Experience in customer service is necessary
- Cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid drivers license required
- Solid customer service skills in person as well as over the phone
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Ability to follow basic daily Parts & Service Operations, will be discussed the time of interview

Job Types : Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
