Primary Responsibilities

- Assist the pharmacist in ensuring the pharmacy operates in accordance with federal, provincial, and local regulations , as well as company policies and procedures

- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly and professional assistance to customers :

- Enter prescription information into the system with accuracy and attention to detail :

- Prepare and label prescriptions correctly while ensuring proper handling of medications

- Help monitor inventory levels and place orders for stock when required

- Receive deliveries and ensure medications and supplies are stored appropriately and organized properly :

- Support the team during inventory counts and audits :

- Assist with front store merchandising and cashier responsibilities when needed

- Maintain clear communication with pharmacists and other team members to support daily operations





- Carry out additional duties or tasks as required by the pharmacy team

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required :

- Previous pharmacy experience is required :

- Familiarity with Kroll and PharmaNet systems is required

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team setting

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities :

- Comfortable working with computers and pharmacy systems :

- Ability to lift and move inventory boxes when necessary (within safe capacity; any medical restrictions should be discussed with the supervisor)

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
