Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Manage product displays and merchandising to enhance store presentation
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to increase sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating valuable phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through effective communication and teamwork

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English and another language)

- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential
- Robust communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal interaction
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace
