E-Joy Food Mart is hiring a reliable and hands-on Front-End Supervisor to support daily store operations and lead the cashier team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role includes supervising staff, providing customer service, and maintaining accurate product and pricing information in the POS system.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support front-end staff during daily operations
- Assist with scheduling and task coordination for cashier team
- Ensure smooth checkout process and accurate cash handling
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Help train and support new staff
- Enter, update, and verify product information and pricing in the POS system
- Maintain accuracy of product data, pricing, and barcodes
- Monitor daily operations and report issues to management
- Assist with inventory flow and product display as needed





Requirements :

- Retail or cashier experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling product/pricing updates
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and responsible

Additional Skills

- Robust English communication skills
- Additional languages (such as Chinese) are considered an asset

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
