Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and sales
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure the store remains attractive and well-stocked
- Support sales goals through effective communication of product features and benefits
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures at all times

Requirements :

- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus




- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
