Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate the POS system accurately for cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when needed
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and maximize sales
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing products
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth checkout processes during busy periods
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming shopping environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish)

Pay: $34.43-$37.44 per hour
