Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when necessary
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile register at the end of each shift
- Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and overall store maintenance
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through effective communication and teamwork

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer populations effectively
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Experience in retail sales,



merchandising, or POS systems is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Technical sales experience or product demos knowledge is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours

Pay: $34.43-$37.44 per hour
