Our client is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead (Service Now) for a contract role :
- Start date: November 2026
- End date: April 30, 2027 (6 months contract)
- Location & work model: Montreal, QC – Hybrid preferred
- Language: French required (Bilingual)
Context:
- The client is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead who can drive a complex ServiceNow program end-to-end, manage distributed teams including offshore in India, challenge delivery at a technical level, and navigate a complex banking workplace.
- This opportunity supports a retail banking transformation across operations, branches, contact centre, and support teams leveraging ServiceNow FSO.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
