We are a busy massage and wellness clinic located in Northwest Calgary, conveniently off Country Hills Blvd and Sarcee Trail. We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
it is important to note that we are not currently hiring for permanent shifts. This position is for someone who is interested in a casual/on call position.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival
- Answer phones and manage appointment bookings
- Process client billing and payments
- Direct bill through third-party insurance portals
- Handle filing, laundry,
and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Support a calm, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
What We’re Looking For :
- Comfortable using computers and clinic management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Personable, professional, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Calm, organized, and effective in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability to cover shifts, including potential evenings or weekends
