Job Opportunity: Full-Time Medical Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Maritime Sleep Clinic - Halifax, NS

Maritime Sleep Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical AdministrativeAssist ant / Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, patient-focused individual to become the first point of contact for our patients in our Summerside location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Process patient billing and prepare insurance claim forms
- Prepare and send outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Maintain a positive, patient-centered approach and support a welcoming environment
- Inventory management
- Support clinician with clinical duties

Qualifications :

- Diploma in Office Administration or 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation :

- Salary based on experience

Job Type :

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- On-site (Halifax location)
