Do you have a passion for beauty and aesthetics ? Are you cheerful, outgoing, and love connecting with people? Best Skin Clinic is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and help us deliver a luxury client experience.

What We're Looking For : We’re more focused on your attitude than experience. We’re seeking someone who is:

- Friendly, energetic, and quick to learn
- Passionate about skincare and aesthetics
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker
- Comfortable creating basic social media content (IG stories/posts)
- Familiarity with Jane booking system is an asset but not required

Key Responsibilities :

- Greeting and checking in clients warmly and professionally
- Booking and confirming appointments




- Creating or assisting with social media content (e.g. behind-the-scenes, promos)
- Supporting retail product sales and daily clinic operations
