Job Functions

- Veterinary office management & client service; booking & scheduling appointment; giving quotes; maintain & optimize patient medical record files
- Counsel clients on preventative animal health care in person & over the phone
- Maintaining veterinary facility clean, tidy, odor free
- Handle, restrain and nursing animals undergoing treatment and surgery
- Assist during health exam, collect samples,



take radiographs (X-rays), medical procedure & surgery preparation
- Administer treatments, feed/water patient as prescribed by RVT/Veterinarian
- Walking animals outdoor for daily routine

- Working with animals; risk of bites, scratches & zoonotic diseases
- Restraining, Lifting/Carrying Animals

- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
