Total Focus Family Gateway is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Pre-tester to join our team!

We are looking for someone primarily for Tuesdays, Thursdays and 2-3 Saturdays per month who might also be flexible to work Monday through Saturday daytime, evenings and Saturdays.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Answer phones
- Welcome/check-in patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform preliminary testing
- Perform special testing (visual fields, various types of imaging)
- Train contact lens patients/order contact lenses
- Submit insurance claims
- Create invoices and receive payments
- Send and monitor patient referrals

Experience and Education:

- High school graduate
- Experience in Optometry office a benefit
