Part time Receptionist Westwind Honda | Lethbridge, AB

Westwind Honda is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Part time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting several departments throughout the dealership.

Schedule :

- Monday to Friday
- 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities :

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Welcome customers and visitors, ensuring they are assisted promptly
- Create vehicle files and labels for incoming inventory
- File inventory documents and maintain organized records
- Update inventory spreadsheets with available stock numbers for new and used vehicles




- Maintain a clean and welcoming customer lounge, including running the dishwasher and keeping coffee stations stocked
- Keep showroom vehicles clean and presentable by removing dust and fingerprints
- Post vehicle invoices and process new vehicle cost information received from Honda
- Assist the service department with simple warranty claim submissions as dealership knowledge and workload allow

- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset
