Real Estate 360 is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Building Cleaner to maintain a 63‑unit condominium property. This role is perfect for someone looking for steady morning hours and a consistent cleaning schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators and stairwells
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
- Clean glass, handrails, and high-touch surfaces
- Maintain garbage and recycling areas (bag changes, tidying, wiping surfaces)
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Ensure building cleanliness meets condominium standards

Requirements :

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently




- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow a routine cleaning schedule
- Comfortable performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, moving equipment)
- Criminal record check required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
