Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Manage laundry and linen services for residential or hospitality clients to maintain cleanliness and freshness
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchens by performing cooking area sanitation and general housekeeping duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
- Follow safety protocols and use proper janitorial equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and organizing supplies to keep facilities tidy and functional





Experience

- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or housekeeper roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning methods
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining hygienic environments
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail
- Experience in laundry services or managing housekeeping operations is a plus
- Solid work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
