Job Overview

Duties

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards.
- Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean supplies promptly during busy service periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards




- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
- Must be able to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
