Clean My Home is hiring a part time residential cleaner to join our small, locally-owned team. We clean homes across Edmonton, Leduc, and surrounding areas.

The work is straightforward but it's not casual. You'll be in real homes that people count on us to look after — which means showing up on time, bringing genuine energy to the day, and leaving each space cleaner and more functional than you found it. We notice the things others miss: the tops of door frames, the coffee drip on the cabinet, the dust behind the door. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every visit, not a bonus we hope to deliver. We earn trust one job at a time — whether that's a single deep clean or a weekly visit.

What we offer

- Part-time weekday hours
- $18.50-$20.00/hour to start
- All cleaning products and equipment provided
- A variety of work — deep cleans, move-outs, and recurring clients
- A small, locally-owned team where your work is seen and your input matters

What we're looking for

- Experience : At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred — move-out and deep-clean experience is a real plus
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence : You'll be driving between client homes with equipment in tow
- Dependability :

Our clients book their time with us in advance — being on time, every time, isn't negotiable
- A sharp eye : You see the spots others walk past, and you don't leave until they're handled
- A good attitude : Cleaning is real work, and a positive approach makes the day better for you, your teammates, and the people whose homes you're in
- Willingness to grow : Open to feedback, new techniques, and getting a little better with every job
- Physical stamina : Bending, reaching, and lifting 20-30 lbs throughout the day
- Clear communication : Coordinating smoothly with the management team
- Security : Willingness to complete a criminal background check

A note on how we work

We've boiled our approach down to four concepts: bring real energy, leave every space better, notice what others miss, and earn the client's trust on every job. If that's the kind of team you'd want to show up to, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Application question(s):
