Duties

- Use maps to find properties & locate units, as well as garbage rooms in condo buildings
- Must be able to follow directions of thorough cleaning & perform tasks to high standard, both on a team & independently
- Perform house hold cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary, moving furniture or laundry bags to facilitate thorough cleaning.
- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or required repairs to management.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely when needed for specific cleaning tasks or maintenance duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests promptly.
- Report inventory of cleaning supplies in airbnb's as needed (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, hand soap etc.).
- Choose correct matching sheets & towels to display in Airbnb's, as well as fold beds and blankets neatly for presentation

Qualifications

- Previous experience in residential & airbnb cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently & efficiently.




- Problem solving skills are needed daily (dryers may have error codes, door codes may not work the first time, locating parking garages & units can be confusing at first)
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients & guests if necessary.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
