JOB DESCRIPTION
Cleaner
We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential building in Calgary. Applicant must be able to travel to specific work site and be available for day shifts.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning common areas in a residential building
- House keeping move-out cleaning.
- Washing garbage and recycling areas, windows, walls, doors, parking areas, bike rooms, and other areas as required.
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, elevators, garbage bins, and other communal and public areas as required.
- Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing of floors
- Vacuuming of carpeted areas and rugs
- Light maintenance as required.
- Receive and document complaints and report to management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
- Must be able to perform pressure washing, operate scraping machine, and carpet cleaning machine
- Excellent time management
- Good understanding of English
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive & respectful manner
