We are hiring Residential Supervisors - a leadership role responsible for both overseeing field teams and managing service accounts from planning to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone ready to take ownership of projects, communicate with clients, and guide team members to success. This role is mostly in the field but does include some office administration hours.

What This Role Is

You will act as the bridge between the client, the team, and company operations.

You won’t just lead a crew -you will:

- Plan services
- Guide team members.
- Communicate with clients
- Solve problems
- Ensure successful project completion

Service & Project Oversight

- Lead medium to large residential and specialty cleaning projects
- Conduct initial walk-throughs and develop a service plan
- Set timelines and keep projects on schedule
- Adjust plans when scope changes
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Final inspections before completion

Client Account Management

You will manage various types of service accounts, including:

- Move-in / Move-out cleans
- Recent and one-time clients
- Recurring clients
- Post-construction cleaning
- Window cleaning services
- Airbnb & short-term rental turnovers
- Packing services
- Special event & film set cleaning

Responsibilities include:

- Communicating directly with clients




- Providing service updates
- Discussing additional time or cost when scope changes
- Creating action plans when issues arise
- Ensuring client satisfaction at completion

Team Leadership

- Support and mentor Team Leads and staff
- Provide coaching and corrective feedback professionally
- Train team members during services
- Maintain a positive and accountable work environment
- Identify and prevent service failures

Operations & Organization

- Ensure checklists, photos, and documentation are completed
- Monitor job timelines and report to management
- Maintain supplies and service readiness
- Coordinate with office staff when required

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
