Lead the Ultimate Summer Kitchen Squad at Camp Kadimah

- Are you a leader who thrives in high-energy environments? Aramark is looking for a Food Services Supervisor to head our culinary operations at Camp Kadimah from June - August! You’ll be the "Head Coach" of the kitchen, ensuring our standards are as high as the camp spirit.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the Squad: Oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring everyone is trained and developed to provide courteous, top-tier customer service.
- Operational Excellence: Support inventory, manage ordering, and handle opening or closing procedures for the facility.
- Safety & Compliance: Support Chef in maintaining accurate logs: temperature, waste, inventory, and ensure team are following all OHS and food safety guidelines
- Financial Integrity: Monitor cash handling procedures, balance floats, and verify deposits and safe contents.
- Team Support: Coordinate breaks and lunches, support various stations as needed, and address guest concerns with a positive "yes and how" attitude.

What You Bring :

- Leadership Experience:



At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Industry Background: 1-2 years of experience working in food service.
- Prioritization: Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a deep commitment to high health and safety and food safety standards.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both supervised and unsupervised.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for long periods, walk short and long distances, bend, twist, and push, pull, and lift an average of 12kg.
- Team Spirit: A genuine desire to provide excellent service and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
