We are looking for a skilled, fast, and reliable Line Cook who thrives in a high-volume kitchen environment.

We are a wildly busy, slightly chaotic, very fun breakfast & brunch spot that runs on coffee, teamwork, and controlled kitchen madness! This is not a slow-paced role, this is an 8-hour, feet-moving, teamwork-driven shift. If you love the rush, take pride in clean execution, and can keep your cool when the rail is full, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities : Execute breakfast/brunch dishes consistently and efficiently

Handle high ticket volume while maintaining quality and timing standards

Work clean, organized, and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members

Complete daily prep and stock tasks accurately

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Assist with stocking, station set-up and breakdown

Stay focused and composed during peak service

Requirements : Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen





Strong breakfast/brunch cooking skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Experience following prep lists and pars

Excellent time management and sense of urgency

Team player mentally - no egos on the line

Ability to stand for long periods and work in an extremely fast-paced environment

Moves fast and thinks faster

Takes pride in consistency and plate presentation

Maintains composure during peak rushes

Experience cooking breakfast/brunch

Superb communication skills

Versatile schedule
