Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation quality
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and equipment
- Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing various tasks as needed
- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and hygiene practices

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line/prep cook in a restaurant or food service setting




- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment is preferred
- Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Pay: $17.20-$24.46 per hour
