Rocky View Brewing Company invites a passionate Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team and enhance the heart of our kitchen operations at our Taproom located in vibrant Cochrane. Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to efficiently prepare meals and manage food service tasks
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Certification in food safety is a plus
- Prepare and cook food items in a timely manner, as per Rocky View Brewing Company standards, to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently.




- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures are followed.
- Follow all required checklists and cleaning schedules during your shift.
- Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food preparation and service.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Taproom.
- Other duties as required.
