Pay : $68,000-75,000 (Depending on experience) + Commission + Spiffs

You're not a call taker, you're a call maker. This is an inside sales role where you will:

- Handle outbound sales calls
- Book jobs and maximize scheduling efficiency
- Make outbound follow-up and rehash calls
- Close opportunities over the phone
- Generate revenue through follow-ups
- Strong communication skills are required

Schedule & Flexibility (Important)

Initial Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm (In Office)

Expected Transition: Tuesday - Saturday | 10:00am - 6:00pm (In Office)

Flexibility is required. As we grow, we need team members who understand that evenings and weekends are peak opportunity times in the HVAC industry.

If schedule changes are a deal-breaker, this role will not be the right fit.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

- Talking to customers with professionalism and empathy
- Booking appointments accurately and efficiently
- Making outbound calls
- Close pending estimates
- Rehash unsold opportunities
- Follow up on maintenance reminders




- Generate additional sales
- Offering and explaining membership programs
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Using CRM software (Service Titan) to document and track every interaction
- Protecting customer information and operating with integrity

You are a representative of AirVantage — and a direct driver of revenue.

What We’re Looking For :

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (required)
- Experience in sales (required)
- Confident and comfortable closing sales over the phone
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable
- Positive, coachable, and performance-driven

Bonus if you :

- Have HVAC or home services experience
- Have worked in a commission-based or quota-driven setting
- Enjoy competition and tracking your numbers
