- Process payroll for drivers and staff (mileage, hourly, and salaried)
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
- Handle deductions, remittances (CPP, EI, tax), and compliance
- Reconcile payroll and prepare reports
- Work with operations on driver pay (loads, HOS, etc.)
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues quickly
- Assist with year-end (T4s) and audits

Requirements :

- 2+ years payroll experience




- Experience with trucking/transportation payroll preferred
- Strong understanding of Canadian payroll regulations
- High attention to detail and organization

Pay: $42,500.00-$78,900.00 per year
