KalerX Transport Ltd. is a growing Surrey‑based transportation company committed to operational excellence and financial discipline. We are looking to hire a driven, motivated, and detail‑oriented Accounts Supervisor with prior experience in a similar role to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all company accounting activities
- Review and ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing
- Record transactions and process vendor payments
- Prepare and maintain truck financial reports
- Generate and review driver statements
- Track and maintain employee hours and records
- Coordinate with third‑party accounting and payroll teams
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness
- Follow up on receivables and assist with fund collection
- Provide financial insights and cost‑saving strategies to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in an Accounts Supervisor or similar accounting role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset
- Strong understanding of billing, payables, receivables, and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
