Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor Full Time Permanent Position, Calgary, Alberta, $24 to $26/hour

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor to join a fast paced and growing warehouse operation. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, or distribution environments who enjoys supporting a team while driving productivity, accuracy, and operational success.

This is a hands on leadership role that will involve supervising daily warehouse and fulfillment activities while also supporting operations directly when needed.

Responsibilities :

- Supervise and support daily warehouse fulfillment operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met
- Assist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and company expectations
- Coordinate workflow and staffing priorities throughout the shift to ensure operational efficiency and daily targets are achieved
- Oversee inventory investigations, order discrepancies, and operational escalations with a solution focused approach
- Communicate closely with warehouse leadership regarding productivity, staffing, workflow, and operational priorities
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations

Requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience
- Previous experience in a leadership, Lead Hand, Supervisor, or team support role




- Robust understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and order fulfillment
- Comfortable using warehouse systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Forklift certification or previous equipment experience is considered an asset
- Post secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is considered an asset

Physical Requirements :

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as required
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules when operationally required

We are looking for a positive and hands on operational leader who can support warehouse operations while driving team accountability, productivity, and overall performance.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
