KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments (ground, air, and ocean).
- Manage transportation routing through customer websites and portals (e.g., Macy’s, JC Penney, Amazon, and others).
- Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations (CERS), and Dangerous Goods Declarations.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data, maintain shipment logs, and report KPIs.
- Support warehouse operations when needed — forklift experience is an asset.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or customs issues proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, customs, and Dangerous Goods handling is a must.
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite) and advanced Excel (formulas,



pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

SALARY AND LOCATION

This is a permanent full time role (40 hours per week) based at the company’s warehouses on the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario (K7C 3P2).
