Order Desk Representative

As an Order Desk Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for contractors, builders, and homeowners placing orders or inquiring about our building products. You'll work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

- Experience in a building supply, construction, or hardware setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or construction-related fields is a plus

Key Responsibilities





- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Enter orders into our system accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment
- Handle returns, backorders, and special orders professionally
- Build relationships with repeat customers through excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized order desk environment
- Assist with inventory checks and administrative tasks as needed
