Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Ensure company processes are followed and ERP information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to forecast production requirements, support procurement decisions, and improve inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for replenishing materials and managing logistics providers to optimize costs and delivery times.
- Oversee inventory distribution activities, including the use of forklifts for materials handling and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Implement process improvements in inventory workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Accurate and timely receiving, storage, maintenance and movement of inventory.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse.

Skills

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems including Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, or similar platforms; familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and reporting.




- Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory management practices.
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new system and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Forklift Operator certification an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
