Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Operate basic tools
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Help with moving supplies, tools, and debris around the work site
- Contribute to the productive completion of projects by performing assigned physical duties
- Basement water proofing

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members




- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must have a G level Ontario drivers license
