We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our logistics team in one-to-one delivery management . This role focuses on coordinating, tracking, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery operations between individual shipments and customers.
We are hiring for both:
- Senior Level (Manager) : Responsible for overseeing operations, optimizing processes, and managing escalations.
- Junior Level (Operator) : Responsible for daily execution, tracking shipments, and supporting delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Senior Level (Manager)
- Oversee one-to-one delivery operations and ensure service efficiency
- Manage and optimize delivery workflows and SOPs
- Handle escalations, exceptions, and customer complaints
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouse teams, and customers
- Analyze performance metrics and improve delivery KPIs
- Train and mentor junior team members
Junior Level (Operator)
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery updates
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status
- Update internal systems with accurate shipment data
- Assist in resolving minor delivery issues
- Support documentation and daily operational tasks
QualificationsSenior Level
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience managing teams or processes
- Proficient in Excel and logistics systems (TMS/WMS preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Forklift License is a bonus
Junior Level
- 0-2 years of experience (logistics experience is an asset)
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
