First Aid Fire & Safety Looking to break into outside sales and build your own territory? First Aid Fire & Safety is hiring a driven, hands-on team member ready to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a high-earning Outside Sales role. This is not just a job—it’s a career path. You’ll start in a hybrid role (warehouse, delivery, inside sales), gain product and customer knowledge, work alongside our outside sales team, and position yourself to take over your own territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle shipping/receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Deliver products and build relationships with customers face-to-face
- Support inside sales: quotes, order entry, and customer follow-ups
- Train directly with and assist the outside sales team - Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
- Learn the business with the goal of moving into outside sales What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of customer service experience (sales background preferred)
- Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong people skills—you’re confident, outgoing, and motivated to sell
- Competitive mindset with a desire to earn more and advance
