- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to Warehouse Coordinator.
- Document and log all incoming inventory into company systems.
- Allocate backorder items.
- Allocate returns and repairs.
- Unpack and organize products onto shelves, and bins.
- Rotate inventory to ensure old stock is out first.
- Label and organized storage bins and shelves.
- Replenish bins and shelves with overstock as needed.

Required Experience and Education :
- 2+ years of experience in a Parts Technician role.
- Parts Journeyman certificate asset.
Required Skills :
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Robust multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Demonstrated experience in contract management.
